Transcriptionists are the backbone of our HIPAA compliant medical transcription service. Our team numbers over 50 transcriptionists. We follow strict human resource accounting programme in order to measure the individual productivity of our employees and carry out employee appraisal every two months.

Vivek B Pai
Managing Director
Vivek, a top professional with splendid experience of more than 8 years in Medical transcription . He executed his vision of creating a leading outsourced medical transcription organization with the inception of Theorybytes in 2001.With strong conceptual and practical exposure he realises the importance of Quality in Healthcare Industry and had played a pivotal role in establishing strong Quality Management System for Theorybytes.
Vivek holds a masters degree in propulsion engineering.
Riaz Jaleel
Chief Operating Officer
Riaz Jaleel has served as Chief Operating Officer of Theorybytes since April 2005 and is responsible for supervising Theorybytes’ local network of professional medical transcriptionists In his current role, Riaz is responsible for sales revenue growth, corporate marketing and branding strategies and strategic business development. Mr. Riaz had key leadership in developing Ernakulam Unit with strong base of Medical Transcription Professionals. With strong management concepts in mind his vision is to position “Theorybytes” beyond the benchmark limits.
Mr. Riaz holds a B.Tech. in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation from Calicut University and performed MBA studies at the University of Kerala.
Robins J Alapppatt
Director (HR & Operations)
Mr. Robins J. Alappatt, is an MBA holder in Finance and Human Resource Management who came into the arena of ITES quite early. He carries with him a vast experience of 7 years in Medical Transcription industry. His association and experience with industry leaders like Healthscribe (Now Shperis) - the world's master in Transcription Industry, has enabled him devise systems and practices, which has streamlined the workflow producing results and propelled TheoryBytes into its fast track of growth.
