We transcribe medical records of any SPECIALTY (cardiology, respiratory, gastrointestinal, endocrinology, musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, neurology, etc.) including history and physical exam reports, clinic notes, office notes, operative reports, consultation notes, discharge summaries, letters, psychiatric evaluations, laboratory reports, x-ray reports and pathology reports which are dictated by the doctors and other health care professionals.

Medical Transcription Editor

Job Description:
1. Edits transcribed document against actual dictation to ensure accuracy of the report. Editing is done consistently and fairly according to transcription guidelines, standards of style, and formats of practice.
2. Provides timely and consistent quality feedback to inform and update the transcriptionists regarding quality issues and areas of concern to help eliminate repetition of errors.
