On Exam:The nasal airway seems to be adequate. Both tonsils are average size and not considered to be too enlarged and do not seem to be causing any obstruction of the airway. Eardrums and ear canals are normal. The mother was reassured that T&A is not required at this stage and that the adenoid tissue will regress and the snoring problem will eventually diminish.
