Although we don’t want to waste time and space repeating what everyone else says, we do find it necessary to hit home the fact that we are 100% USA BASED. We don’t outsource any of our work overseas and our transcriptionists are all native English speakers. In fact, we don’t even outsource outside of Brevard County, Florida for that matter. We know all of our transcriptionists personally, we see them every day. We haven’t set up “virtual relationships” and networks with a bunch of strangers over the internet claiming to have skills as medical transcriptionists that want us to trust their work. Pricing –
Medical Transcription pricing is based on a line count. A line is based on 65-characters (not a visible line) so font size, font type, spacing and format won’t affect the price of your transcript. You’ll receive a detailed log of line counts with every invoice.

Legal Transcription

Legal Transcription services are offered for all litigation-related proceedings, from depositions to trials, examinations under oath to sworn statements, as well as administrative and preliminary hearings. We also transcribe wire tap recordings, police interrogations, and witness interviews.

We know how important it is to have your transcript accurate and verbatim as it occurred. We take our job very seriously knowing that missing or misinterpreting a single word or phrase can drastically change the meaning of the transcript’s content, or even influence the outcome of the decision.

We can also translate your audio or text for legal matters.

Legal Transcription pricing is based on a page count. Since all legal transcripts are formatted the same, for compliance with court, there is no guessing game. All legal transcripts come with a notarized Certificate Page.
