STEP 1: Dictations are retrieved from the FTP or client server by the Operations Manager and assigned to the designated transcriptionist dedicated for the physician. STEP 2: Medical transcriptionist transcribe the audios on precribed templates. Completed files are submitted for Proof-readers/ Editors. STEP 3: Proof-reader/ Editors review the completed transcripts and make the necessary changes. The batch is then submitted to the Quality Assurance team. Feedback on changes/ corrections is sent to the transcription team for the review. STEP 4: The Quality Assurance team performs quality checks by random sampling. Feedback is sent to the proof-readers/ editors and transcriptionists. STEP 5: Completed transcripts are sent to the Operations Manager. The operations manager will further review if correct templates are used before submitting them to the client.
