Established nearly 12 months before The Medical Transcription Company will be grown steadily to become one of the leading Medical Transcription companies in India.
Prolonged and consistent investment in training and IT systems has led as the way to meet our high standards.
All our medical transcriptionists had a minimum of 2 years in-house training before transcribing under the direct supervision of a Senior Editor.
Transcripts completed by our transcriptionists go to our Quality Control Department where they are checked again word by word against the original dictation, by a senior Editor before being delivered. This ensures the highest possible quality output.
Softwares like Stedman’s, Random, Quicklook, etc. and in-house lists are incorporated into our system, by our skilled IT programming team.
Our own in-house control and reporting system, monitors files and quality on a daily basis, highlighting at an early point any issue or queries for resolution.
Every member of our team has tremendous experience from various industry backgrounds to deliver path-breaking solutions. We have made the process as straightforward as possible by handling all security measures at server level so that you can connect securely with ease and peace of mind eliminating problems.
We do outsource to home workers to increase production.
Now we have the capacity to transcribe five hundred to seven hundred minutes per day with 99% quality. The capacity will be increased to two thousand minutes per day within five months and also we have planned to work on 24 X 7 in future.
