PROCESS

Every transcript completed by our transcriptionists go to our Quality Control Department where they are checked again word by word against the original dictation by a senior transcriptionist known as an Editor then to the Quality Assurance department lead by the Production Supervisor and Manager for final quality control process. This ensures the highest possible quality output before sending all the transcribed report back to the client.

ACCURACY

A 2-level word-by-word quality check are done by our editors and proofreaders to assure the high quality of work. Our clients are assured of 98+% accuracy in all our medical transcriptions.

TURN-AROUND TIME

A commitment that we offer to our clients is that, we will send back the transcribed materials to the client's home or office computer within twelve (12) hours. The United States and Manila has a 12-hour time zone difference. When the doctor sends the dictation files before he goes off from work at 8:00p.m. (U.S. time), within minutes we will receive the files at 8:00a.m. (Manila time), transcribed the dictation on or before lunchtime, and proofread it in the afternoon. The transcribed medical reports will be transmitted before 8:00p.m. Manila time (or 8:00a.m. EDT). Just in time when the doctor reports to work the next day, he will have sufficient time to review and print our work.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY We use a fully HIPAA-compliant secure web interface providing audio file upload, tracking, and transcribed file download capabilities to maintain standards required in the field of medical transcription. Dictation Methods The following are the types of dictating material for transcription: Digital File Tapes Hand-held Digital Recorders Dial-in Systems Computer Microphone (wireless and wired) On-site proprietary systems DELIVERY METHODS FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL Files are downloaded from clients through a secured FTP site and stored in our industry-standard SQL servers. An internet address is assigned to a server and files are either "pushed" or "pulled" from one PC to the other using the internet. Clients are provided usernames and passwords to access the system. On-Line File Management We provide each client with a secure log-in to the Company's exclusive Web-based Portal. Clients can easily gain access direct to our Secured Servers. Clients can download dictations and upload/download transcribed reports as well as monitor line counts and billing statements from anywhere in the world using a web browser. Anywhere, anytime access via phone or digital recorder 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. TECHNOLOGY We use a 128/256 digital bit Secured link (SSL) Triple Encryption- algorithmic code security. Encrypted file transfer system to ensure data integrity. Our software and equipment are the latest on the new technological advancements.
